Promotion of equality
The promotion of equality requires targeted offers and measures that reduce existing inequalities and provide equal opportunities for all people. The focus here is particularly on programs that strengthen individual potential and remove structural barriers. These offerings range from further training measures and our mentoring programs (insert mentoring link) to support services that specifically promote women and/or support the compatibility of career and family
